1. About Affirmody
Affirmody is a brand operated by Core Project Management Essentials, LLC. In these Terms, “Affirmody,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Core Project Management Essentials, LLC, doing business through the Affirmody brand.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting information, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and our incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund and Digital Product Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
3. Products and Services
Affirmody may offer:
- Ready-made affirmation audio products
- Frequency-sound recordings
- Personalized affirmation text
- Custom affirmation audio
- Complementary sound experiences
- Related digital or physical wellness products
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and delivery information may change. We reserve the right to correct errors and discontinue a product when necessary.
4. Orders and Payments
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and order information.
Payment is due when the order is placed. Orders may be declined, canceled, or refunded when fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, technical problems, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.
Prices displayed during checkout do not include optional purchases that you have not selected. Applicable taxes will be shown when required.
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through email, secure download links, or another stated delivery method.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Checking spam and promotional folders
- Downloading and securely storing your files
- Using compatible equipment and software

6. Custom Affirmation Orders
Custom products are created using information submitted by the customer.
You are responsible for reviewing your information for accuracy before submitting it. Affirmody is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect names, pronunciations, goals, preferences, or other information supplied by the customer.
A custom order may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has begun or the personalized product has been delivered, cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund and Digital Product Policy.
Affirmody may decline requests that contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may also decline requests that ask us to make medical diagnoses, treatment promises, guaranteed-outcome claims, or statements that could reasonably create a safety concern.
7. Customer-Submitted Information
You retain ownership of the original personal information and wording you submit.
You grant Affirmody permission to process and use that information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Create your custom product
- Deliver your order
- Provide customer support
- Maintain required business and transaction records
You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

8. Personal-Use License
Purchasing an Affirmody digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download, access, and use it for your personal, noncommercial use.
Unless Affirmody gives written permission, you may not:
- Resell or redistribute the product
- Share download links or files with others
- Upload the product to another website, platform, or file-sharing service
- Copy or modify the product for commercial use
- Use the audio in paid programs, courses, apps, videos, podcasts, or public events
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Use the product to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence model
The purchase transfers a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of Affirmody’s underlying scripts, recordings, designs, sound arrangements, branding, or intellectual property.
9. Refunds, Corrections, and Cancellations
Because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery or access, purchases are subject to our separate Refund and Digital Product Policy.
Customers must contact us within the period stated in that policy regarding duplicate charges, missing files, corrupted files, incorrect products, technical delivery failures, or errors made by Affirmody.
The Refund and Digital Product Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Wellness Disclaimer
Affirmody products are provided for general wellness, relaxation, inspiration, mindfulness, and personal-development purposes.
They are not medical advice, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or health condition.
Affirmations, sounds, frequencies, and related products affect individuals differently. Affirmody does not guarantee any particular emotional, physical, spiritual, professional, relationship, or financial outcome.
Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of information or products provided by Affirmody. Consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding medical, psychological, or other health concerns.
11. Safe Use
Do not listen to Affirmody audio while driving, operating machinery, or participating in an activity that requires your full attention.
Stop listening if you experience significant discomfort, dizziness, distress, or another adverse reaction.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate listening volume, environment, and device.
12. Intellectual Property
The Affirmody name, logo, website, product names, written content, affirmation scripts, audio recordings, graphics, designs, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Core Project Management Essentials, LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Affirmody trademarks, branding, or copyrighted content except for the personal-use license expressly provided above.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website or its products to:
- Violate a law or another person’s rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts
- Introduce malicious code
- Circumvent download protections
- Commit fraud or payment abuse
- Harass, threaten, or exploit another person
- Copy, scrape, or commercially reuse website content
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Affirmody
14. Third-Party Services
Affirmody may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, payments, ecommerce, email, automation, analytics, advertising, artificial intelligence, audio production, and file delivery.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Affirmody is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, or policies, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with order-related problems.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affirmody and Core Project Management Essentials, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website or products.
When liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited or waived.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access, cancel an order, or refuse service when a customer violates these Terms, abuses the website, engages in fraudulent activity, infringes intellectual-property rights, or creates a safety or legal risk.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions that reasonably continue after termination, including intellectual-property and license restrictions.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in a court of appropriate jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated effective date will appear at the top of the page. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
20. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any product-specific terms shown during checkout, form the agreement between you and Affirmody concerning the website and your purchase.
